As a mobile spa party company, Spa la-la Parties services can be held in or outside your home or place of event.
What days are Spa la-la available for parties? TOP
Spa la-la Parties can be scheduled after 10 am on Saturday or Sunday. Monday - Friday parties can only be scheduled during the summer months.
How can I reserve a party date? TOP
Please go to "Schedule a Party" on our homepage and we will call or email you back to discuss the details. You may also contact us by phone at 404-538-4632.
Upon discussing the details of your party, a Spa la-la Parties Agreement and Policies will be sent to you for review. A non-refundable deposit of $50 and signed copy of the Spa la-la Parties Agreement is required to reserve your party date. This deposit will go towards the cost of your party which will be paid in full on the day of your party.
How far in advance do I need to reserve a party. TOP
Most parties should be reserved at least 4-6 weeks in advance. This time frame allows ample time to prepare and create handmade invitations, keepsake photo frames, deluxe favor bags, and gather craft supplies.
Spa la-la Express parties, however, can be booked with as little as 1-2 weeks notice (in some instances less time). If you would like to reserve an Express party, but would still like to include party favors for your guests in your package, please inquire.
What areas does Spa la-la service? TOP
Metro Atlanta area and surrounding counties including Dekalb, Rockdale, Gwinnett, Fulton, Clayton, Henry, Marietta, and Cobb.
Do you charge a travel fee? TOP
There is a flat rate milege fee of $10 for party locations more than 30 miles one way from zip code 30088. Mileage is determined via Map Quest. Please note that we reserve the right to decide if a location is too far even if the client is willing to pay the travel fee.
What types of payment do you accept? TOP
Cash, checks, and money orders are accepted for deposits only. The final balance is due in cash on the day of the event. If you choose to make your final payment by check or money order, it is due five days before your party date, made payable to Kimberly or Corey White.
What if I need to cancel or postpone my party? TOP
We will work with you to reschedule your party to another day. The deposit is non- refundable, but it can be applied towards another party date.
What do I need to do as the caregiver/parent? TOP
You will need to provide any extra decor (although not necessary), food, or cake that are not included in or that you have not added to your event.
The guest of honor's parent must be present in the event room and is responsible for children at ALL times. Spa la-la is there to provide entertainment but children are not to be left unattended.
What is the suggested party set-up? TOP
All party decor is contingent upon the layout and spacing of the home or event location. However, access to water for facials, manicures, and pedicures will be needed depending on the theme chosen. Electric outlets for equipment such as karoake machine or strobe lights will also be needed depending on the theme chosen.
Clean-up service after your party includes general clean-up of our goods but not vacuuming and deep cleaning.
What should children wear? TOP
Children can wear their regular clothes for all parties. However, it is suggested that Spa la-la Princess and Lil' Spa la-la Diva guests be told to wear a leotard or bathing suit under their clothing to ease with changing into gowns and dresses.
Can boys be included in the party activities? TOP
Spa la-la Parties are girly in every way. Therefore, we recommend keeping the parties to girls only, as there are no "boy-specific" activities. Should a boy be present, it is up to the boy's parent to entertain him while we focus on the party guests.
What happens if guests arrive late? TOP
Spa la-la Parties are based on a schedule, therefore it is important that guests arrive on time. Please indicate that to your guests when they RSVP. Guests that come late may join the party at where it has progressed.
Can parents stay for the party? TOP
Spa la-la Parties sets up different stations depending on the package you choose and needs enough space and room to ensure the guests get the treatment they deserve. If there is ample room without interference, we welcome an audience.
